Massage Therapy

Bethany is an Internationally Certified Sound Practitioner and Level One Reiki Master, with additional education in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping), meditation and reflexology. After 30 years in a corporate environment, she decided to follow her passion for physical, emotional and spiritual wellness in 2001. She earned her Certification in Sound Therapy from the Institute of Sound Therapy in Wiesbaden, Germany with additional training in Costa Rica. She has had the privilege of providing sound therapy to clients in many environments including yoga retreats, homes, spas and holistic centers. Bethany's goal in each session is provide sound therapy in a private setting to focus on each individual's needs to help guide them on their own physical, spiritual and emotional journey. 

Ann-Marie is also a Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Sound Healing Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher. She brings the perfect mix of high energy personality and Zen.
