- What are the benefits of Massage Memberships?
Benefits:
- Lower pricing on massages, facials, salt cave and 10% discount on retail products.
How and when:
- Payment will be automatically charged to the card of your choice on the first of each month.
Gratuities:
- No. Gratuities are at your discretion at the time of service.
Freeze:
- 30 days in advance
Contract:
- Cancellations 30 days written notice.
- How and when is my payment processed?
On the first of each month.
- Do I need an appointment?
Yes. For your convenience, all appointments may be reserved in advance.
- What if I can't come in that month?
You will be able to bank the service for up to 2 months or gift it to a family member or friend. You must call in to give permission for who will be using your appointment.
- Does the monthly fee include gratuity?
No. Gratuities are accepted in cash only.
- Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Must notify us 60 days in advance for a 90-day period pause on your account.
- Can I gift a membership?
Yes. You can gift a membership to be deducted from your account in another person’s name.
- Is there a contract?
No. However, any cancellations must be done 60 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
So that we are able to best accommodate all of our guests, we require that you give 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations without 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the price of the service(s) booked.
